How to translate climate issues to different worldviews

One of the most powerful things coaches can do to support their coachees around climate action is to help them translate about climate issues to the worldviews of the different stakeholders they are engaged with. Put simply: Teach them to speak the “climate language” of their stakeholders. There is over 100 years of research on how worldviews develop and recent research has been done on how to tailor communications about sustainability issues so that they resonate with those worldviews.
