Welcome to the Climate Coaching Alliance Podcast Club, which will focus on deep ecology methods and their application in coaching in September, October and November 2024. Together we will listen to selected podcast episodes that address the current ecological crisis and personal transformations, and experiment with suggested practices to discuss the role of coaches in this time of change.

Content focus:

Podcast episodes: We will listen to and discuss podcasts or excerpts from podcasts that address how deep ecology methods can support us as people and coaches.

Exchange of experiences: Take the opportunity to share your own experiences and perspectives and learn from each other.

Practice-orientated exercises: We will apply deep ecology methods practically and reflect on how they can be integrated into coaching and educational contexts.

This podcast club offers a wonderful opportunity to engage in a supportive community, learn new approaches and grow together. I look forward to your participation and sharing!

Willkommen beim Podcast-Club der Climate Coaching Alliance, der sich im September, Oktober und November 2024 auf tiefenökologische Methoden und deren Anwendung im Coaching konzentriert. Gemeinsam hören wir ausgewählte Podcast-Episoden, die sich mit der aktuellen ökologischen Krise und persönlichen Transformationen befassen, und experimentieren mit vorgeschlagenen Praktiken, um die Rolle von Coaches in dieser Zeit des Wandels zu diskutieren.

Inhaltliche Schwerpunkte:

  • Podcast-Episoden: Wir hören und diskutieren Podcasts oder Ausschnitte daraus, die sich damit befassen, wie Methoden der Tiefenökologie uns als Menschen und Coaches unterstützen können.
  • Erfahrungsaustausch: Nutzen Sie die Chance, Ihre eigenen Erfahrungen und Sichtweisen auszutauschen und voneinander zu lernen.
  • Praxisorientierte Übungen: Wir wenden Methoden der Tiefenökologie praktisch an und reflektieren, wie diese in Coaching- und Bildungskontexte integriert werden können.

Während der Corona-Pandemie haben meine Freundin und Kollegin Inga und ich internationale digitale „Dialogsitzungen“ für Menschen aus dem entwicklungspolitischen Bildungssektor angeboten, die Methoden der Tiefenökologie anwenden. Diese Sitzungen waren von internationaler Tragweite und brachten Bildungsakteure aus Deutschland, Indien und Mexiko zusammen. Sie bieten eine wertvolle Plattform für Austausch und persönliches Wachstum in einer herausfordernden Zeit. Letztes Jahr haben Inga und ich im Rahmen des Regeneration Lab in Mecklenburg-Vorpommern vor Ort gearbeitet und Methoden der Tiefenökologie in praktischen Workshops umgesetzt. Jetzt möchte ich weiter erforschen, wie uns diese Methoden in unserer Arbeit als Coaches und Menschen dienen können.

Posting an Event

Content: Your event must relate directly to climate coaching and a significant proportion, if not all of the content must provide clear learning and value-added outcomes for participants. Recordings: While you are free to record the event you must select Yes to the question in the event registration form “Is this event being recorded?“. If the decision to record the event is taken after your event has been approved and posted, you must advise all participants at the beginning of your event that it is being recorded. Further, whether or not you record the event yourself as the host and in keeping with restrictions the CCA applies to all those who register to attend your event, you must take reasonable measures to ensure that participants do not record your event, either directly or using any other means including agents and bots.
