I am CEO and Founder of Coach4Planet Benefit Corporation, dedicated to supporting leaders in managing change and building sustainable teams and businesses, developing a regenerative culture with coaching and training.

I am co-founding member of Climate Coaching Alliance Italy and also a founding member of For Good Leaders Cooperative, 100.000 + global leaders that, in radical interdependence, build a regenerative economy, demonstrating that businesses can be a force of good.

I am an executive and team coach, consultant, and trainer with 25+ years of corporate international experience. I am passionate about people's development and I have a sound experience in Executive Coaching and Leadership Development, developing talents amongst the most senior and high potential executives, with particular regard to women’s talents, team excellence and Board governance.

As Past President of the International Coaching Federation (ICF) Italy and a Master Certified Coach (MCC) since 2004, I have been a driving force for positive change. While Board Trustee of the ICF Foundation, we launched the Ignite initiative, coaching for social change linked to the UN SDGs impacting more than 16 million people, and I was the first Chair of the ICF Thought Leadership Institute, looking at future trends in coaching.

Posting an Event

Content: Your event must relate directly to climate coaching and a significant proportion, if not all of the content must provide clear learning and value-added outcomes for participants. While limited promotional elements can be included, an event that is solely or significantly for the purpose of promoting products or services will not be approved for listing on this site.

Recordings: While you are free to record the event you must select Yes to the question in the event registration form “Is this event being recorded?“. If the decision to record the event is taken after your event has been approved and posted, you must advise all participants at the beginning of your event that it is being recorded. Further, whether or not you record the event yourself as the host and in keeping with restrictions the CCA applies to all those who register to attend your event, you must take reasonable measures to ensure that participants do not record your event, either directly or using any other means including agents and bots.
