The sprouts of hope and creativity for a greener planet

With the wonderful support from CCA Global, we launched CCA Norway on April 3rd 2025 in Oslo, Norway. It was an inspiring in-person event with 18 participants representing coaches, leaders, sustainability professionals, and researchers from across the Oslo region. Based on our vision for CCA Norway, we launched the pioneering space in Norway for climate-conscious coaches and leaders to connect, learn, and support each other on our journeys to contribute positively to climate change.

Together, we explored the coaching approach for sustainability work by applying ‘The Impact Garden’ framework (by the Unity Effect ©), and we shared the research insights on the role of coaching in sustainability engagement work. Most importantly, we learned about the needs of our community in Norway and discussed the next steps forward. One of the valuable inquiries we received was to organize coaching workshops where leaders could practice applying coaching skills in their sustainability work.
