For Coaches and Human Leaders, the lessons of nature are simple but powerful. Nature defines the rules of existence and must be considered while looking to people, organizations, nations and the future of Humanity, as well as the way of leading or coaching people. Ignoring nature, while living predominantly in the cities, don´t allow the “modern” human being to have the experience of wonder and beauty that are essential to self-reflection, contemplation, awakening and love. Love is the ladder between ignorance and wisdom. As someone said “to know is not all, it is only half. To love is the other half” that we need to honour ourselves as keepers of mother Earth. It´s only possible to love ourselves if we love nature. Human Leadership is the path of those that choose humanity to become a leader.

Manuel Pelagio: His own personal and professional development journey drove his decision to support People to leverage their natural talents and develop their skills and competences.  Along 25 years as an executive, Manuel faced various challenges, but nothing gave him more pleasure than to help out people to develop and expand. Over the past years, he has been focused on People Development, especially Leadership. Working and studying simultaneously for 5 years, he graduated in Business Management from the Pontifícia Universidade Católica (Porto Alegre, Brazil). Back to Portugal, he later graduated in 2003 in General Management for Top Executives at Universidade Nova de Lisboa (Lisbon, Portugal) and Marketing from Instituto Superior de Economia e Gestão (Lisbon, Portugal) in 2007. Later in 2009, he joined the Advanced Management Program at Harvard Business School (Boston, USA), the higher and most advanced training from HBS to top executives. Recordings: While you are free to record the event you must select Yes to the question in the event registration form “Is this event being recorded?“. If the decision to record the event is taken after your event has been approved and posted, you must advise all participants at the beginning of your event that it is being recorded. Further, whether or not you record the event yourself as the host and in keeping with restrictions the CCA applies to all those who register to attend your event, you must take reasonable measures to ensure that participants do not record your event, either directly or using any other means including agents and bots.
