Footprints of the Soul: A Way of Walking
Walking lets us shift from merely observing to actively engaging with nature, encountering our sacred place in nature, allowing the metaphors and mirrors nature gives us and deepening our connection with the environment.
Time shifts from the linear to the liminal and we are able to distill the wisdom — as a full five dimensional experience.
Join us to follow these profound trails virtually and imaginatively. We’ll feel into mindful walking, the art of sauntering and how all this integrates as a guided, virtual-embodied experience.
We’ll also discuss pilgrimages and explore an opportunity to walk the Camino de Santiago and become part of an age-old community, following in the footsteps of pilgrims, seekers and explorers.
