KAT HABER: Air Force Grit Meets Melting Glaciers

What happens when an Air Force Academy pioneer watches her glacier rage-quit at 98 feet per year from her kitchen window?
She becomes the climate coach who's actually walked the walk—literally across America in 2014's Great March for Climate Action, while founding a virtual Rotary Club of International Peace and writing for World Pulse. Because why do one impossible thing when you can juggle three?
Now, after coaching 800+ TEDx speakers (mostly climate warriors), 20 years on the WILD Foundation Board, and currently driving 13,444 miles in an EV to prove range anxiety is a hoax, Kat's cracked the code: how coaches can integrate climate work without sounding like party-killing prophets of doom.

Kat moves her climate impacts from "nice to have" to "essential for planetary survival" using battle-tested frameworks.

Fair warning: This isn't kumbaya coaching. This is military-grade strategy meets glacier wisdom meets "let's actually solve this" energy.
The climate won't wait. Neither should you.

PADRAIC O'DONNELL is an ICF-accredited Professional Certified Coach (PCC) and a Certified Climate Change Coach. With decades of experience as an educator and leadership coach, he partners with school leaders, teacher teams, and nonprofit organizations across the U.S. His work is grounded in empowering young leaders and entrepreneurs to develop sustainable and regenerative responses to the climate crisis
