with Don Maruska, hosted by the Climate Coaching Alliance USA Community, facilitated by Tamara Staton

Don Maruska is one of the 12 pioneers who participated in the “Coaching for a Regenerative World- The 12×12 Research project” led by CCA members Fran Smith (CCA Brasil), Claire d’Aboville (GCP), Padraic O’Donnell (CCA USA) and Kat Haber (CCA USA).

The CCA USA community is inviting you to interact with Don and other participants to further understand how to engage with your business or individual clients on climate, AND have fun, AND make a profit.
Don will review “the triple win” approach that he uses, and has discussed in the interview with Fran Smith (which you can view in advance of the meeting, should you choose to).

This practical session will include:

– a presentation by Don of his approach
– coaching demonstration(s) by Don on how to address the obstacles you perceive you may face if you bring up the subject of climate in your coaching conversations
– co-creative discussions, brainstorming, and further role playing with other participants
– the opportunity to take action by trying the approach with your own clients over a few subsequent weeks, and to attend a second CCA USA session on 4/14/26 (Date to be confirmed) to ask questions and receive feedback.
