Climate coaching without working for free or having an aggressive agenda
Join us for an interactive 45-minute session with Charly Cox, co-founder of Climate Change Coaches and one of the pioneers featured in the CCA’s “Coaching for a Regenerative World- The 12×12 Research project”.
Watching Charly’s interview with Padraic O’Donnell before the session is recommended but not required.
In the interview, Charly covers:
– How to contract with clients of all kinds on bringing the climate and related crises into coaching
– How to evoke awareness in clients through feelings and embodiment, not just data
– How to attract the clients you want by focusing on the problem you want to solve
– How to make a living from climate-focused coaching
– How to maintain resilience as a climate coach
– How internal organisational coaches could be activated to spread sustainability
Facilitators Jo Peters and Alison Maitland will kick off with a few questions to Charly and then invite your questions for her.
