A live workshop with Stéphane Riot, co-facilitated by Angela Di Lella from the CCA Francophone

What if the real obstacle to organisational transformation is not a lack of information or strategy — but the invisible architectures within: cognitive biases, unspoken grief, and systemic shadows that no business plan can address? And what if systemic coaching is precisely the tool we need to unlock real regenerative change?

Stéphane Riot is one of 12 pioneering coaches identified across the world by the CCA for the 12×12 — Coaching for a Regenerative World project*, and the representative of France. For over 20 years, he has accompanied leaders and organisations through an approach he calls that of an alchemist — combining the reinvention of business models with deep inner transformation.

“It’s not enough to change the outer system. We have to change the inner thinking system of business leaders.”
Stéphane Riot, interview 12×12*

IN THIS SESSION, WE WILL EXPLORE:

  • Key concepts of systemic thinking — inspired by the Capra Course and applied to regenerative coaching: how to work with invisible organisational architectures, shadow work and systemic awareness to support real transformation
  • Breakout group work — explore and embody these approaches in your own coaching practice
  • Plenary sharing — harvesting emergences and co-reflecting with coaches from around the world

Presenter(s) Bio

Stéphane Riot
Founder of NoveTerra · Systemic & Regenerative Coach · Author · HEC Lecturer · 12×12 Pioneer France

After 20 years in the corporate world (Vivendi, chemical industry), Stéphane founded NoveTerra to support the transformation of organisations towards a regenerative world. His deep conviction: information about climate change is no longer enough. What is missing is the inner work — on resistances, emotions and mental models.

He uses systemic coaching, constellations, the Work That Reconnects and nature-based retreats to help leaders and teams move through grief and find the energy to truly change.

Angela Di Lella, PhD - Host and co-facilitator
Coach & Facilitator · Core Circle Member, CCA Francophone

Specialising in collective intelligence, systemic transformation and regenerative leadership, Angela is a former researcher in energy transition. She now supports organisations engaged in socio-ecological and transitions towards regenerative models, notably within the “Convention des Entreprises pour le Climat” (CEC). She also contributes to the Alliance pour le GIECo, a research initiative on human factors in ecological transitions.
