Coaching for a Regenerative World
Join us for the penultimate session of the Coaching for a Regenerative World Pioneers CCA 12×12 series!
In this session, we have the pleasure of welcoming Dr Josie McLean, Rashmi Shetty, and Claire d’Aboville. They will help us weave together the core insights and emergent themes from the “12×12 – Coaching for a Regenerative World” project.
Claire, who convened the CCA 12×12 series, will share an overview of the learning from the research she conducted with Francesca Smith (CCA Brasil) and Padraic O’Donnell (CCA USA).
She will be joined by Josie and Rashmi, two of the coaches featured in the study, who both integrate regenerative practices into their work. Together they will explore the on-going need for regenerative coaching as we navigate the complexities of our changing climates and ecosystems. We’ll hear Josie (Australia) and Rashmi (India) share about their personal experiences.
You will be invited to ask them questions about their motivations, challenges and approaches.
To enable a deeper conversation, we invite you to watch Josie’s and Rashmi’s interviews conducted for this project before joining the session.
However, if you have not watched them, you will still benefit from the session.
