In a world shaped by ecological, social and personal transitions, many coaches, facilitators and leaders find themselves exploring similar questions:

How do we stay present in times of uncertainty?

How do we support others through change while navigating complexity, grief, hope and transformation ourselves?

And what role can coaching play in the transition towards a regenerative future?

This six-month community series hosted by Climate Coaching Alliance Germany invites participants to explore these questions together.

From July to December, each monthly session will focus on one aspect of regenerative coaching practice, combining reflection, dialogue and collective learning. Rather than providing expert answers, the series aims to create a space for shared inquiry and community building.

The series is open to coaches, facilitators, consultants, leaders and anyone interested in the intersection of coaching, regeneration and systems change.

Series Themes
🌱 July 7 – Future Possibilities
What future are we serving?

🔥 August 4 – Engagement
What are we willing to stand for as coaches in times of crisis and transition?

🌿 September 1 – Innovation
What new coaching practices and experiments are emerging?

❤️ October 6 – Humanity
