Como coaches, facilitadores, mentores, formadores… trabajamos con organizaciones, equipos y líderes que quieren cambiar, transformarse. Las organizaciones son mucho más que empresas son ecosistemas con un impacto enorme en las personas, las empresas, el gobierno, la sociedad y la fuerza vital de la Tierra. ¿Cómo generamos conciencia y mantenemos un espacio central para la Tierra y nuestros sistemas de soporte vital en nuestro trabajo y profesión como coaches? ¿Cuándo nos miramos al espejo y preguntamos qué estamos haciendo, estamos haciendo todo lo que podemos, estamos ejerciendo nuestro liderazgo, así como animamos a otros a ejercer el suyo?

¿Te preocupa la situación medio ambiental, social, global…? ¿Tienes ganas de conectar con coaches a los que les preocupa esto también?

En este espacio continuaremos el trabajo hecho por CCA. Va dirigido a todos los coaches preocupados por la situación de crisis actual y que quieren actuar para construir un futuro mejor.

En esta videollamada crearemos un espacio confidencial y respetuoso donde podrás conocer a otros coaches con las mismas preocupaciones y el mismo deseo de rediseñar el futuro que tú. Uniremos fronteras entre los diferentes países de habla hispana y crearemos un espacio para entender dónde estamos personal/profesionalmente en relación a la crisis climática y hacia donde queremos ir.

En esta primera reunión, además, empezaremos a dar forma al futuro de CCA-Hispano y cómo podemos contribuir y plantar nuestra semilla como la gran comunidad que somos.

Presenter(s) Bio

Elsa Valdivielso Martínez Elsa es profesora y coach especializada en psicología positiva. Es graduada en Derecho y Periodismo, y tiene un máster en Psicología Positiva Aplicada y Coaching psicológico. Elsa trabajó como asistente legal para ONGs que se ocupan de conflictos internacionales y como profesora en entornos multiculturales. Ahora se centra sobre todo en el bienestar y desarrollo profesional y personal de sus clientes. Tiene un gran interés por la actual crisis climática y global y parte de su trabajo se enfoca en ayudar a sus clientes a crear conciencia sobre el impacto del cambio climático en su bienestar y trabajar en sus respuestas emocionales al mismo. Le apasiona trabajar con grupos en contextos multiculturales y le fascina la ecología y el coaching sistémico, lo que le ha llevado a realizar investigaciones académica en dos áreas: los beneficios del coaching grupal y el impacto del cambio climático en la salud mental de líderes.

Content: Your event must cover topics related to environmental, social, or economic responsibility and justice. Events may focus on local or global issues and a significant proportion, if not all of the content must provide learning opportunities and stated outcomes for participants. While references to promotional elements can be included, an event that is solely or significantly for the purpose of promoting products or services will not be approved for listing on this site.

Recordings: While you are free to record the event you must select Yes to the question in the event registration form “Is this event being recorded?“. If the decision to record the event is taken after your event has been approved and posted, you must advise all participants at the beginning of your event that it is being recorded. Further, whether or not you record the event yourself as the host and in keeping with restrictions the CCA applies to all those who register to attend your event, you must take reasonable measures to ensure that participants do not record your event, either directly or using any other means including agents and bots.
