In this workshop, we will explore:

  • How the imbalances that we see on a global level between the masculine and feminine energetic principles reflect our cerebral hemispheric asymmetry
  • Embodiment as a way of reconnecting with feminine or yin energy
  • Re-calibrating the nervous system to induce a shift in consciousness
  • How to imprint change on a cellular level through the use of psycho-sensory modalities

Presenter(s) Bio

Anne Marie Morello is an Educator, Facilitator, Coach and Therapist. She has an MSc in Existential Psychotherapy and she is an NLP (neuro-linguistic programming) Master, an Advanced EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique) practitioner, a certified Havening Practitioner and a coach. She has over 12 years experience as an educator as well as 15 years experience in Hatha and Raja Yoga. She specialises in developing people’s self-leadership skills by teaching them how to work with their nervous system in order to self-regulate and she is passionate about Mindbody integration. Much of her work involves demystifying trauma as well as re-coding trauma - which essentially involves facilitating nervous system regulation. She is in the executive committee of The Happiness Foundation and is also part of the communications team for EFT International.

Recordings: While you are free to record the event you must select Yes to the question in the event registration form “Is this event being recorded?“.
