We can all learn together through the power of peer coaching.

Opportunities are growing fast to rethink how we address current ways of working. Communities, organisations, and politicians know they need fresh approaches to embrace our destabilised environmental and biodiversity realities; approaches that can create sustainable futures. But many leaders are tentative about how to move forward and/or emotionally unready to make this happen.

Climate-aware coaches can play a significant part in reshaping thinking and future directions. The challenge is on – for us as coaches to stay one step ahead in shifting these visions and actions.

This month the Political Pod invites you to bring along the issues your clients are having with reshaping the rules of the game.

We will provide peer coaching opportunities to help you stretch beyond your current thinking with these real issues.

Whether or not you have a current issue, come along and find out how to stay one step ahead by taking part in these dynamic coaching opportunities.

Content: Your event must cover topics related to environmental, social, or economic responsibility and justice. Events may focus on local or global issues and a significant proportion, if not all of the content must provide learning opportunities and stated outcomes for participants. While references to promotional elements can be included, an event that is solely or significantly for the purpose of promoting products or services will not be approved for listing on this site.

Recordings: While you are free to record the event you must select Yes to the question in the event registration form “Is this event being recorded?“. If the decision to record the event is taken after your event has been approved and posted, you must advise all participants at the beginning of your event that it is being recorded. Further, whether or not you record the event yourself as the host and in keeping with restrictions the CCA applies to all those who register to attend your event, you must take reasonable measures to ensure that participants do not record your event, either directly or using any other means including agents and bots. This could be as simple as a declaration at the beginning of your event that unauthorised recordings are not permitted.

Promotion by CCA: Subject to the above, your event will be promoted by CCA in good faith and on the clear understanding that you will not use any information you collect from participants at your events (including those who register but do not attend) for the purposes of follow-up or other marketing unless you have first obtained that person’s express permission to do so.
