Quienes somos
CCA (Climate Coaching Alliance) es la Alianza del Coaching para el Clima.
Somos una comunidad mundial de profesionales de coaching, psicología, supervisión de coaching que colabora para abordar de manera efectiva en nuestras sesiones cuestiones tan difíciles como la emergencia climática y la crisis ecológica, y la relación que tiene con nuestra profesión.
Reconociendo la importancia del lenguaje, los matices entre idiomas y comprometidxs con la inclusión de personas de diversas lenguas, una comunidad hispanohablante está emergiendo.

Nuestra visión
Contribuir a una transformación en la conciencia humana para lograr cambios sistémicos a nivel mundial que nos lleven hacia un futuro regenerativo.

Acelerar nuestra capacidad colectiva para responder personal y profesionalmente ante la emergencia climática y ecológica.

Nuestra misión

  • Transformar nuestra profesión: Deseamos inspirar y preparar la comunidad global de coaching y profesiones relacionadas con el fin de expandir su conciencia e influencia para avanzar en la resolución de los problemas sistémicos que representa la emergencia climática y ecológica.
  • Transformar nuestra práctica: Compartiendo recursos, explorando prácticas y manteniendo diálogos, con el fin de elevar nuestra capacidad de respuesta ante la emergencia climática y ecológica.
  • Transformar nuestro impacto: Al elevar nuestra capacidad, empoderamos a nuestros clientes (individuos, líderes y sus equipos) para que asuman plenamente su papel de liderazgo ante la emergencia climática y ecológica.

Nuestro enfoque
CCA es abierto, gratuito y sigue principios de sistemas vivos para permitir que la complejidad, las posibilidades y la inteligencia colectiva emerjan y florezcan.

Nuestro compromiso
Nos reunimos el tercer lunes de cada mes para colaborar, inspirarnos y apoyarnos en el camino hacia este objetivo común.

Posting an Event

Privacy: Maintaining the integrity of the CCA is very important to us and, as such, we fully support and comply with the provisions of the General Data Protection Regulation and similar legislation operating around the world, particularly in terms of the privacy of those who interact on our platform and in our events. 

Content: Your event must cover topics related to environmental, social, or economic responsibility and justice. Events may focus on local or global issues and a significant proportion, if not all of the content must provide learning opportunities and stated outcomes for participants. While references to promotional elements can be included, an event that is solely or significantly for the purpose of promoting products or services will not be approved for listing on this site.

Recordings: While you are free to record the event you must select Yes to the question in the event registration form “Is this event being recorded?“. If the decision to record the event is taken after your event has been approved and posted, you must advise all participants at the beginning of your event that it is being recorded. Further, whether or not you record the event yourself as the host and in keeping with restrictions the CCA applies to all those who register to attend your event, you must take reasonable measures to ensure that participants do not record your event, either directly or using any other means including agents and bots. This could be as simple as a declaration at the beginning of your event that unauthorised recordings are not permitted.

Promotion by CCA: Subject to the above, your event will be promoted by CCA in good faith and on the clear understanding that you will not use any information you collect from participants at your events (including those who register but do not attend) for the purposes of follow-up or other marketing unless you have first obtained that person’s express permission to do so. Unsolicited communications of any sort may be reported to the appropriate regulatory bodies.
