This dialogic session explores the professional and inner climate-leadership journeys of the presenters Behnaaz Engineer and Abhayraj Naik to help create a container for deeply intimate and honest reflection on our place in the world of climate action leadership. The conversation between the presenters focuses on: the journey of Behnaaz and Abhayraj in identifying and articulating their own purpose in distinct professional and personal contexts, where they were challenged in their work and what that led to, and where they are currently.  The session includes healing stories and learning-unlearning techniques to help us remember the importance of compassion, flexibility, and change.
