Synopsis: Jon currently works with large global organisations and governments on ways to change mindset using Imagery Coaching, a researched based intervention that has been shown to support teams achieve their goals, only to set new more challenging targets. Alongside his global work, Jon also works on community projects in Plymouth, UK, in schools, teaching ways to refine imagery ability and turn small ideas into big actions. This talk will last for one hour and measure your imagery ability, teach you ways to refine your imagery ability, and show you why imagery matters.
