With reference to the international Women in Sustainability Network and sharing insights from their recent research report with Newcastle University, ‘Why Being Heard is Not Enough: Solutions to the challenges facing women working in sustainability’, we’ll be exploring;
– The ‘whys and hows’ of creating psychological safe spaces for intentional communities.
– The role of gender and other factors in the successful, practical facilitation of conversations that transform and inspire.
– How coaches can best support women working on climate action and the other SDGs.
Expect an hour of thought-provoking discussions and practical insights.

She is passionate about women fulfilling their purpose and doing it in such a way that brings sustained impact and happiness. Rhian offers private coaching and mentoring to women looking to step into their full presence and magnificence, as confident, powerful drivers of change. Prior to her shift into coaching in 2012, she was a behaviour change specialist, advising Government and local authorities on sustainable school travel and was senior programme manager for a sustainable transport charity. Recordings: While you are free to record the event you must select Yes to the question in the event registration form “Is this event being recorded?“.
