An embodied pratice + visualisation to connect with our planet and our love for life and peace

Presented by nature coach Diana Tedoldi

We are one people sharing the same home: our planet. This is what we acknowledge if we look at the Earth from the space beyond our atmosphere.

Gaia is not only the place where we live, it’s a living system in constant interaction with our bodies, our psyches and our lives.

In this online workshop, I’ll guide you to connect with the so-called “Overview effect”: the awareness that the first cosmonauts developed as they went out into space and looked at our planet from the deep cosmos.

We’ll start with an embodied practice of centering and a short meditative walk (which you can also do indoors) and then I’ll guide you in a visualisation.

At the end of this experience you’ll feel that we’re all interconnected with Gaia and all aspects of life, and we’ll see where this awareness can lead us in terms of mindset and action.

A different approach to integrate coaching questions, embodied practices, nature connection and felt visualisations.

Diana is a Professional Certified Coach (PCC-ICF), C-Level and team coach, and founder of The Nature Coaching Academy, where she teaches how to coach in connection with nature. Recordings: While you are free to record the event you must select Yes to the question in the event registration form “Is this event being recorded?“. If the decision to record the event is taken after your event has been approved and posted, you must advise all participants at the beginning of your event that it is being recorded.
