How does a leader engage his/her team and organisation in the climate challenge?  And how can the role of the coach be pivotal in enabling this?

In this session we will be joined in conversation by Bruno Grippay, International executive in the Automotive Industry and expert in New Mobility and Smart Cities.
He will share his experiences as a leader in bringing the climate conversation to the heart of business, and his learnings about what works and what doesn’t when it comes to motivating people in business to accept the climate challenge and take meaningful action.

He will also talk about how coach can play a critical role in accelerating sustainable leaders’ development and effectiveness in enabling transformational change.

Dialoguing together with him and other participants, we will explore how we as climate coach can contribute those leaders to face climate challenge.
