The Climate is changing in a dramatic way. To be able to cope with this change fast and effective measures are needed. Humankind must change the way they act, live their lives, and run their business. What is needed is not small steps but big jumps. One of the strongest routes to find these big jumps is through Innovation. A big deal of today’s innovations is created by entrepreneurs. Innovation and Entrepreneurs together can be good candidates to find these big jumps. As most of the entrepreneurs are either SMEs or even smaller companies they may not afford extensive coaching in their companies either due to financial reasons or due to the chaotic nature of small innovation companies. As an initiative, we can help these companies so that they can be more effective in their struggle for Climate change with clear targeting, increased awareness of their strong features, and increasing the motivation of their team.

Dr Oktay Uysal: A Material Scientist, an Entrepreneur, and a coach from Turkey. I am running an Innovative SME (Entekno Corp.) since 2008 which the main focus being a Sustainable World. Being in the Innovation ecosystem I had the chance to see the great potential of these innovative companies and do my best to be able to increase their chance of survival and potential. I am a father of a beautiful young woman and I want to do my best as a father to increase the chance of our beautiful World surviving so that my daughter’s children can also have the chance to live the beauties of mother earth as we had.

Kang, Commercial Director, is a very experienced commercial business & marketing professional with experience of working in chemicals, healthcare, engineering, manufacturing, pharmaceuticals & cosmetics markets on a global basis with multinationals & SME’s. Qualified to Ph.D. level in Chemistry, a Masters in Marketing & an MBA, Cham has made the journey from R&D Manager, Sales Manager, Marketing Manager to Commercial Manager & has particular expertise in developing new products & new markets including developing & executing strategy, developing & nurturing positive customer relationships, organisational restructuring, change management, marketing/sales/business planning & the training of sales/marketing/operations/technical services/customer service teams to accelerate company performance & growth. Comfortable at a strategic & operations level, Cham can develop strategies & then execute/detailed business plans for commercial opportunities (expansion, business development etc.) with an entrepreneurial, collaborative mindset & great leadership skills.
