Climate Coaching Alliance Event
8th March 2022
17:00- 18:30 GMT

This is the second of two events where we will be exploring what it means to evolve as a leader and how we partner with our clients on their evolutionary journey, particularly in relation to the UN Sustainability Goals & UN Inner Development Goals exploring them through Samia’s Ways of Being in Leadership model.

This session intends to stimulate discussion to both energise and inform participants in an exploration of the life-force & vitality that inspires us, and that may well inspire our clients. The discussion aims to help each one of us on our journey of evolution as a leader and coach by resourcing ourselves with congruence, authenticity & integrity.

Come with a cup of tea/coffee to be part of an organic conversation.

Our aim is to leave you with a greater awareness of where you, your practice and your client’s worlds may connect.

Spare Field - Not in use - Jeremy is an ICF Accredited Leadership Coach, a Wilderness Guide, a Mountain Leader and Team Development Facilitator. First and foremost he is an explorer, spending his early career as an Anthropologist and Expedition Leader specialising in remote mountain communities across the world. It was only when he returned home to the UK in 2005 that he realised the biggest mountains to climb were the ones inside. Exploration into Applied Emotional Intelligence brought depth to his enquiry as well as contact with a mentor with whom he joined forces with to develop a Wilderness Leadership Programme for Adult Youth Workers, Probation & the Police dealing with Guns, Gangs & Knives in Inner-City areas. Jeremy's passion lies in partnering with clients to explore their potential and to discover fresh approaches to collaborating effectively with others. He is an advocate of the potential in cross-sector capacity building programmes and the weaving of personal, group and cultural enquires to meet the challenging and ever-changing needs of our times. He regularly partners with individuals & teams to develop their agility by exploring the conditions for their success. In dedication to his clients he stays fresh and informed by his own continuous personal development as well as finding time to resource himself by playing percussion in his local community 17-piece StreetBand, for the sheer love of it!

Spare Field - Not in use - Chris Chapman is an experienced systemic facilitator, working particularly with large diverse groups and communities of interest that go beyond single organisations. Most of Chris's current work is in the fields of education and sustainability. He has an MSc in Change Agent Skills and Strategies from the University of Surrey Business School and a particular interest in the relationship between adult development and our collective capacity to work well with complexity and uncertainty. Chris leads facilitation work at the beautiful Burren College of Art, helping organisations and systems to find creative approaches to complex challenges. Chris is also an associate of https://fraendi.org/ and has been supporting the development of a global network of hubs for the Inner Development Goals.
