Silvia Tassarotti

Silvia is an executive and team coach, consultant and trainer with over 25 years of corporate international experience. CEO & Founder of Coach4Planet Benefit Corporation, she supports leaders on their journey towards sustainability and regeneration. An International Coaching Federation (ICF) Master Certified Coach since 2004, she has been a driving force for positive change. While Board Trustee of the ICF Foundation, she launched the Ignite initiative, coaching for social change linked to the UN SDGs, impacting more than 16 million people. She is co-authoring the book “Regenerative People" with Janet Harvey (coming out in fall 2026). She is the creator of Becoming a Regenerative Leadership Coach, the first ICF-accredited regenerative leadership coaching course in the world, designed to equip coaches and leaders with the capabilities needed to navigate complexity and contribute to regenerative futures. Silvia is the cofounder of CCA Italy community.
