I’m thrilled to celebrate the fifth anniversary of Big Little Shifts with a special webinar that delves into the book’s enduring relevance. As our world becomes increasingly complex, the time to embrace new thinking is now. This book challenges conventional views on leadership and change, emphasising the importance of complexity in initiating real change that influences the way people do their work, day to day.

Join me for an online for the webinar Big Little Shifts Lessons and Successes on 29th October at 6:00 pm ACDT (7.30 am GMT) where we will explore these transformative concepts together. This interactive session invites you to share your experiences, insights, lessons, and successes, making it a collaborative exploration rather than a passive presentation.
