A facilitated book circle to explore “Ecological and Climate-Conscious Coaching: A Companion Guide to Evolving Coaching Practice”. We will meet weekly on Wednesdays at 17.00-18.15 UK (BST) time for 8 weeks (3rd Apr – 22 May 2024 inclusive).

The book circle invites us to freely discuss, question, and debate the text, thereby gaining greater insights into the underlying messages and concepts.

The book takes you on a seven-day journey involving 60 coaches and thought-leaders from around the world, describing methods for adapting your coaching practice while making a livelihood, reframing your work with urgency and action through exploration of the five-stage ‘Eco-phase’ cycle, moving from ‘Eco Curious’, ‘Eco-Informed’, ‘Eco-Aware’, to ‘Eco-Engaged’ and ‘Eco Active’. Designed to encourage discussion, raise awareness and increase confidence about stepping into a leadership role, the book explores the difference that coaching can make in the world as a result of greater eco-awareness and systemic understanding.

Featuring powerful stories and a treasure trove of resources and practical tools, supported by reflective and practical exercises, this book is an inspiring read for leaders and all those involved in coaching, supervision, mentoring and leadership development.

We invite you to join us for this Book Circle, taking place at 5pm-6.15pm UK (BST), on the following eight Wednesdays:
Session 1: Begin – April 3
Session 2: Awake – April 10
Session 3: Listen – April 17
Session 4: Process, Shift, Connect – April 24
Session 5: Engage – May 1
Session 6: Reframe – May 8
Session 7: Impact – May 15
Session 8: Onward – May 22

Then we will all have the chance to take part in the worldwide CCA Book Circles Celebrations with Eve Turner on 30 and 31 May (register via the Events on the website).

This Circle will be limited to 12 people, so please register quickly to secure your place.
