Does showing up for the climate crisis feel good? Or does it feel more like something you should be doing? Like whatever you do will never be enough?

A beautiful, inspired way to start the weekend. Sit back and relax into a guided workshop of self-discovery. Create space for climate solutions.

Climate Calm™ is a breath of fresh air. A well-being led approach that clears the way for healthier, inspired climate solutions.

·       Build a regulated resilient nervous system, where you create clarity and space for meaningful change.  Finding solutions that work for you.

·       Avoid the identity traps that lead to climate anxiety, resistance or overwhelm.

·       Find joy in solutions that really work for you. Enhancing, rather than draining your physical and mental well-being.

In the Climate release workshop you will learn how to Stop, Identify and Release. You will;

·       Discover your climate persona.

·       Release patterns and identities that are no longer serving you.

·       Move to a place of empowered calm.

Presenter(s) Bio

Helen Draper is a dedicated climate leader, author, and advisor with over two decades of experience in professional climate leadership, advising governments on cutting-edge net zero solutions. Her approach to teaching climate solutions is uniquely rooted in well-being, inspired by her transformative three-year recovery journey. During this time, Helen rebuilt her collapsed nervous system and compromised immune system with the guidance of leading health practitioners and ancient well-being practices. In the process, she inadvertently reduced her own carbon footprint by a third, discovering the profound impact of aligned, healthier solutions for personal and global change.

Helen founded Climate Calm™ as a platform for healthier climate conversations and to share the innovative climate healing method featured in her upcoming book.
