Worum geht es?
Die deutschsprachige Climate Coaching Alliance Community wächst.

In den vergangenen Monaten haben wir Dialogräume zu Themen wie Regeneration, Wandel, Coaching und gesellschaftliche Transformation ins Leben gerufen und gemeinsam erforscht, welche Rolle Coaching in Zeiten von Unsicherheit, Krise und Übergang spielen kann.

Dieser Community Call richtet sich an alle, die die Climate Coaching Alliance besser kennenlernen, sich mit anderen Coaches und Wandelbegleiter:innen vernetzen oder erfahren möchten, wie sie sich in die Community einbringen können.

What is this about?
The German-speaking Climate Coaching Alliance community is growing.

Over the past months, we have been creating spaces for dialogue around regeneration, coaching, climate awareness, systems change, and the role of coaching in times of uncertainty and transition.

This Community Call is for anyone who would like to learn more about the Climate Coaching Alliance, connect with like-minded practitioners, and explore opportunities to engage with the community.

Johanna Hallbauer ist systemische Coach, Facilitatorin und Autorin mit den Schwerpunkten Regeneration, Wandelbegleitung und regenerative Führung. Sie begleitet Menschen, Teams und Organisationen in Zeiten von Übergang, Unsicherheit und Veränderung.

Sie ist Gründerin von ERDE Coaching, einem Ansatz, der persönliche Entwicklung mit regenerativem Denken verbindet, und Koordinatorin der deutschsprachigen Climate Coaching Alliance Community. Ihre Arbeit bewegt sich an der Schnittstelle von Coaching, Nervensystemarbeit, Naturverbindung und gesellschaftlicher Transformation.

Johanna Hallbauer is a systemic coach, facilitator, and author working at the intersection of regeneration, leadership, and transformative change. She supports individuals, teams, and organisations in navigating transition, uncertainty, and complexity.

She is the founder of ERDE Coaching, an approach that integrates personal development with regenerative thinking, and serves as the coordinator of the German-speaking Climate Coaching Alliance Community. Her work brings together coaching, nervous system awareness, nature connection, and systems transformation.
