With an MBA in HRM and ICF MCC since 2004, Silvia strongly believes in creating a positive legacy by building communities based on generosity and giving.
With Janet Harvey she is founder of Coach4Planet, a global movement to engage coaches in planting trees and be leader in climate change. She is passionate about philanthropy and making the difference in the world working with international organizations to develop social impact projects.

Leslie Ellis, CCMPTM, Founder and CEO of Meaningful Change Consulting, helps visionary leaders navigate the complexities of transformational change using human-centric approaches that achieve sustainable results while minimizing the cost of unnecessary rework. For over 13 years, Leslie has impacted change with Fortune 500 organizations worldwide and various government agencies, such as Bank of America, Rentokil Terminix, NESTE and State of North Carolina.
Leslie now uses her experience to equip leaders and change practitioners with the development and tools to solve complex transformation in their organizations and communities. Leslie is a frequent speaker on Change Leadership and how to minimize rework in transformation. She is a Certified Change Management Professional (CCMPTM) and certified in Human Synergistics Suite of Assessments. Meaningful Change Consulting is a WBE and WOSB-certified organization.
