Coaching with Courage: Nature-inspired Action
Courage is the ability to stand up for our values, to make decisions, take decisive action and, if needs be, to challenge and disrupt existing structures and views. Today, at this point in history, we need courage more than ever before – especially as we find ourselves distracted from what is important, from our work in addressing what is happening on and to our planet.
It takes courage for us to play our part, to speak up when others stay silent, to avoid getting caught up in the chaos and to take bold action for good. Join us for an interactive session where we explore ways of courageously becoming our best selves as individuals, as coaches and as a species.
Sources of inspiration include the Inner Development Goals framework and Joanna Macy’s transformational work.
