Community Gathering
Community Gathering
Autumn Walk at Knepp Rewilding Landscape, West Sussex, UK
Co-hosted by Sarah Hardman and Clara Kallai
Friday 23 October 12pm
About the Event
Welcome to the second in our seasonal cycle of gentle walks at the Knepp Estate. We invite all people developers (coaches, facilitators, trainers, supervisors, consultants, and change-makers) to step into nature and connect with a community of peers.
Knepp is a brilliant demonstration of how regenerative practices heal the land and its inhabitants. In that spirit, our time together will be free-roaming and emergent. There is no set agenda or fixed topic—we simply invite whatever conversation wants to happen.

Presenter(s) Bio
Sarah Hardman and Clara Kallai are systemic and executive coaches passionate about nature and supporting a thriving planet. We are both members of several wonderful networks (CCA, CPA,EMCC) and you might have met us already either within these networks or on previous Knepp/London walks.
Clara Kallai is a systemic coach and psychologist, a member of the EMCC CofE on sustainability, the Climate psychology alliance and Climate coaching alliance. Her main passion is about bridging coaching and psychology with sustainability and climate healing, empowering coaching
and leadership that support inner development and serve/honour our beautiful ecology. She is a systemic and nature-connected practitioner and a coach mentor and supervisor, living in the UK, with roots in Eastern Europe and a multicultural background. And nature writing and long
distance hiking are her avenues for deepening her connection to nature and herself.
Sarah has a deep love of the outdoors and is never happier than when she's out in the elements — a connection with nature that led her to qualify as a TFBI Forest Bathing Guide alongside her work as a Leadership & Team Coach. With 15 years in people development, she specialises in helping emerging leaders lead with self-awareness and confidence, and supporting senior teams to become more collaborative and cohesive through better conversations. Driven by a curiosity about how we create the inner conditions to respond creatively — rather than reactively — to life's challenges, Sarah has trained in nature-based wellbeing approaches and regularly co-facilitates nature-based team days for NHS Primary Care staff as part of the “Out in the Field” Project at the Quadrangle in Kent.
