This is an invitation for you to participate in our session and experience the gift of being alive. No matter where you are in the world, no matter what you are doing at this moment or whatever your role is. Just be human, as the whole and complex human beings that we are, in connection with nature and life.

Participants will expand their personal and their collective awareness of being connected to ourselves as part of nature and with other human and non-human stakeholders. Accessing this helps us connect with our bodies, our purpose, and our capacity as coaches to help people connect with themselves and being part of nature through gratitude.

For this session, if at all possible, please ensure you are in a calm environment with some space around you to move. You are welcome to access this zoom call from a quiet place outside in nature, eg a garden, a wood. Please bring 1 or 2 objects from or related to nature, these can be a plant, a stone, a picture of your dog (or bring your dog!) and bring a glass of water.
