Discover the benefits of integrating embodiment, deep nature connection and contemplative practices in a coaching session based on the framework of The Nature Coaching Academy.
Ecosomatic coaching is a unique way to synergise with our planet and support our clients in finding innovative perspectives around their topics.

By shifting the inner space from which the client thinks, perceives and acts, a deeper dialogue with the natural environment unfolds a wider belonging, a calmer mind, and a felt sense of what’s truly needed to generate progress in our journey.

Ecosomatic Coaching nurtures an expanded perception of our places, giving back to nature her inherent subjectivity, identity and co-creative capability.

By joining this webinar, you will discover:
– what is ecosomatic coaching
– the three roots of our ecosomatic approach
– stories from ecosomatic coaching
– ideas to cultivate an ecosomatic approach to self-coaching
