Presenter(s) Bio

Josephine Pratiwi is an advocate for personal, organisational and global sustainability. With a background in Materials Engineering, she is a sustainability expert in one of top environmental consultancy firms. As a coach, she is passionate about fostering responsible leadership and is a key member of the Climate Coaching Alliance Switzerland. She also focuses on developing mental and physical resilience through sports, having completed Ironman and ultra-trail races and supporting others to achieve the same.

Michel Heitzmann is a Swiss coach and sustainability consultant, founder of Ignea Ltd. He supports leaders in finding clarity and resonance in times of complexity, bridging leadership, sustainability, and cultural transformation. He contributes to the Climate Coaching Alliance Switzerland as part of his commitment to collective change.



Gregor Braun is a certified psychological counselor and coach based in Zurich, and co-founder of Therapy Central. He uses evidence-based approaches such as Acceptance & Commitment Therapy to help people live with stronger meaning and resilience. As a former sustainability professional, he combines an understanding of environmental challenges, human emotions, and how to take meaningful action.

Recordings: While you are free to record the event you must select Yes to the question in the event registration form “Is this event being recorded?“.
