Engage clients in sustainability when it’s not on their agenda!

Join us for an insightful session addressing one of the most persistent challenges facing coaches and sustainability consultants today: how to effectively integrate sustainability into client work when businesses seem reluctant to prioritise it.

Guest presenter Erin Gallup, founder of the Hive Initiative, a Norwegian non-profit, will share her experience developing the Mini-Summits, a free workshop system designed to engage employees in sustainability, and ways it could be leveraged in the coaching environment.

Discover practical strategies for introducing the business case for sustainability to clients and the tangible benefits of engagement. Erin will share her insights and lessons learned from designing, facilitating and using the Mini Summits. In addition, she is offering a free gift exclusive to meeting attendees.

The session will also include an open discussion where everyone can share successful approaches for introducing sustainability into coaching conversations.

Whether you’re new to climate coaching or looking to enhance your existing practice, you’ll leave with concrete tools to help your clients recognise sustainability not as an optional add-on, but as an essential component of their future business success.

Should you have questions on the session or the Mini-Summits, please do not hesitate to reach out to Erin at erin@hiveinitiative.org

Presenter(s) Bio

Erin is a digital product designer who spent 20 years working for Silicon Valley’s tech companies, all the while desperately wanting to work on making our planet go in a better direction.

After moving to Norway in 2018, she founded the Hive Initiative as a way to realise this dream, put her skills to work and meet others who wanted to do the same. Together she and her collaborators created the Mini Summits as a way to make it easier to include employees in company sustainability efforts.

After completing the system, she has released it for free and is excited to share it with the CCA community.
