Forgiving as Composting – Cultivating our Inner Soil
How might forgiveness become a source of nourishment?
In this experiential session, we’ll explore the metaphor of composting as a way to transform pain, resentment, and what no longer serves into fertile ground for growth.
Drawing on nature’s cycles, inner development practices, and wisdom from traditional cultures, we will:
- Reflect on what we are ready to “return to the soil”.
- Experience a guided visualization and small-circle sharing.
- Support coaches to accompany clients in composting their own old stories or hurts into fresh possibilities.
- Weave together a mycelium network of nature-inspired inner development practitioners.
This is a gentle, interactive space for practising coaches to ground in nature, expand metaphors for transformation, and experience forgiveness not as discarding, but as restoring balance.
Come with curiosity, an open heart and perhaps something you are ready to let go of. Leave with a deeper appreciation of tending to our inner soil, and cultivating the conditions for balance, renewal, and new possibilities.
