How do we deal emotionally with the avalanche of news on climate change and ecological crisis?

Muriel has adapted the 5 stages of grief (as described by Elisabeth Kuebler-Ross) into a colourful visual that shows the transition of emotions from eco-grief to eco-hope.

This interactive workshop will help participants to share and process their current emotions, look at inner and outer resources for increased self-care and resilience, and take meaningful action in the face of so many challenges.

We will use visualisation, journaling, and group discussions for reflection and sharing.

Participants will explore various tools for building resilience in order to get a renewed sense of hope and contribution. Nature will be our guide as we journey through our emotions.
