Quand le coaching rencontre la robustesse et répond, ainsi, aux attentes des coachs et d’une société confrontée à de plus en plus d’incertitudes et de complexité. 

Lors de cette conférence-rencontre, CCA Québec (chapitre québecois de la Climate Coaching Alliance) invite Jean-Luc Pening à nous raconter son étonnant parcours et la naissance de son approche. Il nous en partagera les essentiels dont certains outils spécifiques qui en font son originalité en lien direct avec la nature et la robustesse.

Cette Introduction au Coaching en Robustesse est présentée par Jean-Luc Pening.

Jeune ingénieur agronome belge parti travailler en Afrique, sa vie est brisée quand, âgé de 35 ans, il est victime d’une attaque dont il ressort aveugle.

Commence alors, pour lui, un long parcours dit de résilience. Un parcours qui va, notamment, l’amener à devenir coach professionnel et formateur pour une école canadienne de coaching.


Imprégné de son parcours et de son regard de Bioingénieur, il a développé, progressivement, une approche originale du coaching. Sa récente rencontre avec Olivier Hamant, lui a permis de mettre des mots sur celle-ci et de créer un lien entre coaching et robustesse, la capacité de tout système à se maintenir stable et viable face aux fluctuations. En est née une nouvelle approche originale accueillie favorablement par l’ICF et ses pairs car répondant à une réelle attente des coachs et d’un large public désireux d’aller vers un développement durable fait de flexibilité et d’ouvertures loin de toute recherche de performances.
