The CCA was formed nearly 6 years ago to raise climate consciousness of coaches and the coaching profession and enable agency and impact. Around the same time a Joint Global Statement (JGS) on this was signed by (eventually) 13 of the main coaching and related professional bodies.

The “JGSG” (JGS Group) has been working together over the last 5 years to “bring these aims this to life”, and have reached a major new milestone now in relaunching as the “SCC – Sustainability Coaching Coalition”, with a significantly updated and strengthened Joint Global Statement and purpose driven and active agenda moving forward.

This is a major step forward and milestone in the evolution of the coaching profession in relation to climate consciousness and action. So what does it mean for us as individual coaches to know the profession is taking these steps, and what are the next steps for the profession – including the CCA – in taking the impact of this to the next level now.

Join a panel of representatives of the SCC (panelists tb) who will discuss these questions, and share more of the story of how the group has expanded its scope, and how they see the way forward for our profession in terms of addressing the global sustainability needs of people and planet.
