Designing Your Roadmap to Resilience: Using neurobiology to help build personal resilience
Would you like to learn some tools for personal resilience building that can help both you and your clients push through challenges and skillfully navigate ever-rising eco-anxiety? In this workshop we will review the idea and benefits of building personal resilience, examine different states of the human nervous system, and explore how knowledge of these can help us help our clients to deepen their resilience.
