Climate coaching means different things to different people. During this monthly gathering of the CCA-USA chapter, we’ll explore how some coaches have shifted their coaching practices specifically to support leaders working on climate action (and other environmental and social impact projects). Moderator Chris Gaither of Regenerous will be joined by Aladdin Tingling of Aladdin Tingling Coaching, Melissa Miura of the Miuracle Agency, and Jena Thompson of Ocelot Company. In addition to answering your questions, they’ll talk about what draws them to this particular niche, what they’ve learned from coaching climate leaders, and how they take inspiration from nature in their coaching work.
