From grassroots movement to corporate philosophy

Leadership Choices is a management consulting firm (based in Wiesbaden, Germany) dedicated to leadership development for organizations with the claim “Better Leadership – Better Organizations – Better World. Our core competencies focus on executive coaching, team development, leadership programs, and change and organizational transformations.

As part of the “Better World” focus, Leadership Choices is carbon neutral from 2019 onwards.

Since May 2020, the LC Community “Better World” has conducted an extensive survey of 150 Leadership Choices coaches about their individual contribution to Better World. We are currently in a process to start our activities alongside the 17 goals for sustainable development.

In this workshop, we will present the results of this survey in terms of engagement with climate and environmental issues. Furthermore, we would like to discuss our next planned steps on how we as coaches can be and become active and effective in our operational sphere of influence.

In this workshop we would like to discuss with the participants about our just started “Better World Advisory Board” and our planned “Better World Charta” and our next steps.

Benefits for participating Coaches:

·      Creating awareness and first impulses for sustainable and ecologically effective actions as a coach

·      Starting points for own responsibility in the context of (company) stakeholders
