Steffen é especialista em abordagens de mudanças integrais, atua como consultor para desenvolvimento organizacional, sustentabilidade, inovação, liderança e novas formas de gestão na complexidade. Steffen vem estudando e facilitando discussões nas temáticas de mudança climática e inteligência artificial, desenvolvendo estratégias para líderes e organizações lidarem com a mudança no comportamento humano e na vida organizacional. Ele faz parte do Time To Think Global Faculty e do Ecossistema da Chie Integrates.

Nascida na Inglaterra, Francesca Smith mora no sul do Brasil há trinta anos. Ela é profissionalmente certificada pela ICF e é especializada em coaching de liderança. Fran fez diversos cursos relacionados à crise climática e ecológica e é facilitadora treinada em oficinas educativas sobre o tema e em cafés climáticos. ********************************************************

Steffen is a specialist in integral change approaches, working as a consultant for organizational development, sustainability, innovation, leadership and new forms of management in complexity. He has been studying and facilitating discussions on the themes of climate change and artificial intelligence, coaching leaders and organisations to deal with changes in human behaviour and organisational life. Steffen is part of the Time To Think Global Faculty and the Chie Integrates Ecosystem.

English born, Francesca Smith has lived in south Brazil for thirty years. She is a professionally certified coach with the ICF and specialises in leadership coaching. Francesca has taken several courses on climate and ecological crisis and is a trained facilitator for Fresk educational workshops and Climate Cafés.

Posting an Event

Privacy: Maintaining the integrity of the CCA is very important to us and, as such, we fully support and comply with the provisions of the General Data Protection Regulation and similar legislation operating around the world, particularly in terms of the privacy of those who interact on our platform and in our events. 

Content: Your event must cover topics related to environmental, social, or economic responsibility and justice. Events may focus on local or global issues and a significant proportion, if not all of the content must provide learning opportunities and stated outcomes for participants. While references to promotional elements can be included, an event that is solely or significantly for the purpose of promoting products or services will not be approved for listing on this site.

Recordings: While you are free to record the event you must select Yes to the question in the event registration form “Is this event being recorded?“. If the decision to record the event is taken after your event has been approved and posted, you must advise all participants at the beginning of your event that it is being recorded. Further, whether or not you record the event yourself as the host and in keeping with restrictions the CCA applies to all those who register to attend your event, you must take reasonable measures to ensure that participants do not record your event, either directly or using any other means including agents and bots.
