After the last 3 years of pandemic, fires and floods in Australia, join CCA ANZ hosting Dr Josie McLean for an hour-long discussion about:
- Where are we now? What are the dominant narratives about our possible futures?
- How might we engage more people, especially large businesses, to move into regenerative action?
Josie will provide some thoughts and examples from her organisational experiences, as a kick-start to the conversation and then open the floor for interaction and sharing from all participants.

Presenter Bio
Josie is a co-founder of Climate Coaching Alliance and co-editor of the CCA book, Ecological and Climate Conscious Coaching. She has a PhD in organisational transformation to shape regenerative organisations – and that led her to develop expertise in systems thinking (especially complexity), sustainability, adaptive leadership, individual and organisational development and emergent change itself. After an early career as a financial analyst and corporate strategic planner, Josie was an early pioneer of professional coaching in Australia being a President of ICF Australasia and awarded the ICF’s global “Presidents Award’ in 2009. She now works predominantly in organisations to help them develop the leadership to adapt/change and evolve their cultures to be more adaptive. Her newest book On Purpose, will be released before Christmas 2023.
