Unique and free webinar series: Climate crisis – how can coaching help?

Hosted by APECS.

APECS is one of 8 professional bodies co-hosting a series of webinars on the Climate crisis and the role of coaching. You are welcome to register for whichever of the 6 fit your diary as they will be broadly the same in content.

Eve Turner, APECS Chair, will be present at them all, and APECS is the lead host on the webinar on 11th November and will be joined by Hetty Einzig (AC), Colleen Qvist (COMENSA), Rita Symons (EMCC) and Magda Mook (ICF). Join us to share your views and questions around the role of coaching in this crisis, and help shape policy and action, while having the chance to dialogue with other professionals globally.

This is part of a unique collaboration between eight leading professional bodies in coaching, coaching psychology, mentoring and supervision who are co-signatories to the Joint Global Statement on Climate Change. The 8 bodies are THE AC, AoCS, APAC, APECS, COMENSA, EMCC, ICF and ICSP. The statement commits us to speak with a collective voice and take collaborative action on the climate and ecological crisis. Given our role in developing individuals and organisations in the service of creating social value, we have pledged to work together to play our part in addressing this emergency. You can find out more here.

All coaches, coaching psychologists, mentors and supervisors are welcome to join any of the 6 webinars free of charge, and you can find details of the other scheduled events on the scheduled events page.

You can also find resources on coaching and climate change on the APECS website here.
