Independent thinking is a critical skill in these challenging times, yet often we don’t make time for it, or the group or organisational culture doesn’t really welcome it.

Over many years we discovered 10 conditions (or “components) that reliably create optimal conditions for independent, rigourous, imaginative and courageous thinking, whilst also encouraging collaboration.

Together, they are known as the “Thinking Environment”.

This online introductory session from Linda Aspey, Faculty of Nancy Kline’s Time to Think organisation, offers an overview and an experience of being in a Thinking Environment.

Come along and discover for yourself:

  • How a Thinking Environment can promote high quality thinking and insightful decision-making
  • How it can enable individuals, teams and organisations to see what’s holding them back and how to make progress
  • A powerful and inclusive approach for better meetings, impactful coaching, and thriving, engaged and inspiring workplace cultures.

There are 6 places – it’s free to attend, just register via the link on the right. But, please let Linda know if you book and then cannot attend so she can invite people on the waiting list to take your place.
