🌿 Exclusive Offer: Climate Coaching Alliance (CCA) members can register for free before December 1st, 2025 — ahead of the public release of paying version. Limited to the first 30 registrants, so don’t miss your chance!

The Hive Initiative and CCA proudly present the Mini Summits Official Facilitator Course, an inspiring opportunity to become a certified facilitator of the Mini Summits workshops — designed to ignite collaboration, creativity, and sustainable action across organisations and communities.

The Mini Summits are workshops that empower teams to explore climate change, biodiversity, and human wellbeing to create ideas for sustainable outcomes. They also offer a simple yet powerful framework for embedding sustainability into everyday operations.

To deliver these sessions effectively, The Hive Initiative has created an official training and accreditation programme that equips facilitators with the tools, methods, and confidence to guide these workshops to truly make an impact. As coach or consultant with an interest in climate and sustainability you may find this certification invaluable to support your client organisations.

Developed with insights from the 2025 global coaching community, this engaging course includes:
** A self-paced learning phase (Dec 1, 2025 – Jan 31, 2026) featuring 2 hours of expert-led video tutorials, reflective exercises, and practical preparation materials.
** Four live online practice sessions in February 2026 to refine facilitation skills, ask questions, and connect with peers worldwide.
** Lifetime access to all videos, slides, and resources.

Graduates will earn the Official Mini Summits Facilitator Certification, complete with a digital badge, LinkedIn banner, and feature on The Hive Initiative’s website.
Live Practice Session Dates (February 2026):
