Welcome to the Autumn edition of our Earth Listening Circles—a sacred and nurturing space to move, reflect, and reconnect with the rhythms of nature and self.

As the trees let go of their leaves and the earth turns inward (in the Northern Hemisphere), we too are invited to pause, let go, and listen. This season of transition and surrender is a good mirror for our own lives—the letting go that makes space for renewal.

Through conscious movement, somatic practice, and guided reflection, we will explore the deep wisdom of autumn: the dance between life and death, between holding and release. In our coaching profession that holds so much for others, this space offers you a chance to take time for self-care and resourcing in an embodied way.

What to Expect?

  • Move freely with conscious dance to connect with ourselves
  • Listen mindfully to the sounds and silence of autumn
  • Honor the elements – earth, fire, water, and air
  • Share and connect in a supportive circle

No dance experience is needed—just an open heart and curiosity to explore through beautiful world beats.
