Nature Based Coaching with ADHD Clients
Discover how Nature can inspire coaching with neurodivergent clients – especially adults with ADHD.
In this engaging, interactive session, we’ll explore how Nature Based Coaching can help transform challenges like attention, motivation, and emotional regulation into concentration, calm, creativity, and compassion.
Through research, real-world insights, and practical exercises, you will:
– understand some of the science behind nature, health and wellbeing
– gain insights into the unique opportunities of working with ADHD clients
– experience simple, evidence-based coaching techniques
– take away reflections on what this means for your practice
Coaches who attend this session will receive a free copy of an ‘ADHD & Nature Toolkit’ to use with by themselves, or with their clients.
Pre-work – attendees are encouraged to find an attractive natural space before the session, and reflect on how they feel about their relationship with Nature.
