Laila Martins

Laila’s mission is to nurture sustainable and regenerative practices across businesses, communities, and economies. With a background in International Relations and an MBA in Sustainable Development and Circular Economy, she facilitates workshops on climate action, innovation and leadership globally. She also led the Inner Development Goals Summit 2024 track “Transforming Systems: Inner Development for Climate Innovation” where participants applied the Impact Garden framework to co-create transformative climate projects in collaboration with the UNFCCC Global Innovation Hub.

Within Unity Effect, Laila is working on Regenerative Measurement & Evaluation (RME) and Learning & Experience Design Projects (LED). RME transforms impact measurement into a process of curiosity, shared learning, and action. LED fosters thriving environments through thoughtfully designed gatherings—online, in-person, or hybrid—that build capacity and connection.

 

Denise Pang

Denise is a trusted coach, mentor and facilitator. Since 2008, she has worked directly with senior executives and their teams to design and deliver organizational transformation in the face of constantly changing global conditions. Her clients include multinational companies, public service organizations and institutes of higher learning.

She also co-founded the Academy for Mastery, an accredited school of the International Association of Coaching® (IAC®), a partner of the Climate Coaching Alliance (CCA). Denise is actively involved in the CCA Coaching In and With Nature pod, CCA Norway Chapter and CCA/IDG Community of Practice.

Content: Your event must relate directly to climate coaching and a significant proportion, if not all of the content must provide clear learning and value-added outcomes for participants. While limited promotional elements can be included, an event that is solely or significantly for the purpose of promoting products or services will not be approved for listing on this site.

Recordings: While you are free to record the event you must select Yes to the question in the event registration form “Is this event being recorded?“. If the decision to record the event is taken after your event has been approved and posted, you must advise all participants at the beginning of your event that it is being recorded. Further, whether or not you record the event yourself as the host and in keeping with restrictions the CCA applies to all those who register to attend your event, you must take reasonable measures to ensure that participants do not record your event, either directly or using any other means including agents and bots.
